Have you ever wanted to know why adults do what they do or how to have critical conversations with adults in need?? Are you a teacher, counselor, in a leadership role, in the mental health field or have a lot people around you and want to learn better techniques to handle adults in everyday life or in a crisis situation?? Or maybe you want the mental tools to support adults and others?? Join us for our Mental Health First Aid class, this class is Adult focused. This is an 8 hour class with certification in Mental Health First Aid at the end. This class is for 18 years and older. Sorry no children allowed as they will not be able to focus for the whole time, however if you have a 16 or 17 yr old that you would really like to take the class we can consider making an exception on a case by case basis.

Price is $75 per participant and will include a resource workbook to take home and an official certification that is good for 3 years.

**Send an email with your name and the date of the class you signed up for to: support@bccevolution.org and tell us you're interested in the sponsorship and/or discount program and a brief reason why you're needing assistance paying for the class.

We will be in the conference room at Chuck and Don's Pet Food and Supplies off Arapahoe Rd and Parker Rd in Aurora. Please be  AT LEAST 5-10 minutes early as class will start promptly at 8:30am. You must attend the FULL 8 hour class to get your certification. Certifications are good for 3 years. 

What to bring...

Water bottle to be able to refill, it is important to stay hydrated

Light snacks will be provided, but lunch will not, however there are a ton of places around this area for food if you do not chose to bring your own

Pen and paper (we will have some extra if you forget)

This is a full 8 hour class with breaks and lunch built in

Please be early, ready to learn and have an open mind
