About This Event

This is a free admission family friendly health and wellness event!

We are excited to announce our upcoming Health and Wellness event hosted collaboratively by three Colorado based non-profit organizations. Our event aims to promote well-being within our community, fostering physical, mental, and emotional health giving wellness resources combined with fun to an event that will make you want to come back year after year.

Our event will showcase 40+ vendors, a gratitude walk with signs of loved ones lost or Warriors, sober safe space with a mocktails area, live music, food trucks, and family fun.

Memory/ Warrior
Signs

Order a memory or warrior sign

For a $35 donation we will print a yard sign that will have your loved one's image and name on the sign. These will be showcased across our Gratitude walk.

Have a Warrior or Survivor that you want to showcase?

You can do that too. These signs do not have to be only people how have passed, they can also be those that are still fighting, those that are survived. The true Warriors!

Surprise your loved one with a sign along the walk.

Can't make it to the event? 

No problem. You can still order a sign and we will honor the memory of your loved one. 

Can I have my sign after the event?

We ask that you allow us to keep these signs, so that we can showcase them for the many years that we will be continuing to do this event. Our hope is that every year we continue to add more and honor the lives lost and those still living.

  • Can we bring our own food and drink as an attendee?
    Of course! It is a public park. We will have food trucks and a mocktail area with items to purchase. There will NOT be alcohol sold at this event. We will have water and other drinks available for purchase. Also bring your lawn chairs, blankets, picnics, umbrellas or whatever you need to hang out and chill.
  • Is this event really free to the public?
    Yes! Watching the band, getting resources, walking around the gratitude walk is all free. There will be vendors, food trucks, a mocktail area, donation opportunities, drawing tickets and other things that will be available for purchase.
  • Where is parking for this event?
    There is a ton of parking in the library parking lot, across the street from the park at the RTD parking or you can try your luck at the street parking. Please do not park in any where that says restricted parking. We will not be responsible for your car being towed or ticketed.
  • Are pets allowed?
    This is a public park. Pets must be on a leash at all times and must be good with other animals around. Please make sure you follow standard pet etiquette for events with lots of people and possible other animals. This includes picking up and disposing any poop or messes.
  • Will there be any free stuff?
    We will have lots of vendors with free resources for the community. The gratitude walk, watching bands, hanging out, visiting vendors is all free.
  • How much are vendor tables?
    $175 or $87.50 for nonprofits.
  • Do I need to bring my own stuff as a vendor?
    Yes. We will not be supplying tents, tables or chairs. You will need to bring this all, including sandbags or weights or something to hold down your tent so it does not blow away. Highly recommend pop up canopy as this is in the middle of the park, no shade. A 10x10 spot is the only thing we will provide due to liability concerns.
  • Do I really need vendor insurance for this event?
    YES! If something happens to your stuff or say a big wind or storm comes through and your tent blows away and hits another tent, then you will be responsible for their stuff and your own. Take the liability off you and your business and get the insurance. Do you need 1 day coverage? Reach out to Kelli at support@makementalhealthmatter.org and she will connect you to David who will get you hooked up.
  • When is the last day to signup to be a vendor?
    The sooner you sign up the more exposure you will get with marketing. Cut off will be the week prior to the event to be able to organize properly and get through the application and payment process in time for the event.
  • How much time do I have to set up and take down?
    There will be 2 hours setup time 3pm-5pm And take down is 1 hour 9p-10p, all items must be removed and taken with you.
  • How much is it to sponsor?
    Any value between $500-$5000. The higher amount the higher perks.
